I recently purchased the Migrator product after using the Architect/Classifier product for a while. In the previous product, I could right-click on a list within the Navigator View and select 'Copy'. Then right-click and 'Paste' into the destination within the Navigator View. Since I purchased the Migrator product, whenever I right-click on a list within the Navigator View - it just loads the list. I cannot get it to display any operation options when right-clicking, it just reloads the list in the main pane repeatedly. Is this a behavior difference between the 2 products?

Right click on the list in Navigator Pane in Migrator pops up a menu with several options like Copy, Show Items, View, Delete, etc. It should work in the same way as the one in Architect Suite with fewer options. What is your OS? We just checked this menu on Windows 7 and Windows XP. Also, check whether you have the latest version by comparing version in Help / About with http://www.metavistech.com/ReleaseNotes

Alternative solution could be selecting the list in the Navigator Pane and pressing Ctrl-C button. Selecting target site and pressing Ctrl-V button should initiate copy process (popup a copy wizard). The other way is to drag and drop list to the target location.

The following steps clean up the worksplace which could resolve the problem with right click menu:

1. Open Help / Registration screen and copy / paste your activation code somewhere
2. Close MetaVis
3. Rename the folder c:\Documents and Settings\%user%\Metavis
4. Start Metavis. It will start with clean workspace and prompt for activation code. Activate it with the code you saved earlier.
5. Connect to sites again (there is a way to import the old sites but connect to site is the simplest one).
6. Try right click on list to see the menu

Thanks for your assistance, your suggestion seems to have fixed the initial problem. However, since making the changes - when I try to connect to the destination site - I'm getting the following error in an error box titled 'Download Status':

Download Failed: NumberFormatException: For input string "2877694067"

My source SharePoint site seemed to load fine, I gave it a project title 'PVShare'. When trying to load the destination SharePoint site, I'm naming the project 'PVHome'.
