Error Copying SharePoint Document Library

I'm attempting to copy a SharePoint 2007 document library from one SharePoint server to another (right-click select 'Copy' on the source list and right-click select 'Paste' on the destination site Lists). I've used this technique to copy a number of other document libraries with no trouble, but for this particular document library I'm getting the following error in the log:
Copy List/Library content "ProgramManagement" - Failed (ParseError at [row,col]:[40,19] Message: Character reference " " is an invalid XML character.)
Any guidance you can offer?

Hi.
Will it give the same error when you right click on the source list and select Show Items or it will display documents from this list? This error appears when there is an unprintable character somewhere in some document' Title filed. We remove some of such characters during processing but it seems that some other are still there. Also, do you use the latest version of Metavis because you may have miss this fix. You can check it in Help / About menu item. The version will look like 1.5. Some number or somewhow like this. You can check the latest version at http://www.metavistech.com/ReleaseNotes .
