In this case we need to diagnose the issue by looking through your log. Please follow these steps:
1) Select menu item Edit / Debug Mode, then try to connect to SharePoint.
2) After failed attempt, ZIP and send us folder the following folder: "c:\Documents and Settings\%user%\Metavis\.metadata" or "c:\Users\%user%\Metavis\.metadata" if it is Vista or Windows 7.
