Refresh not working

I have deleted subsites in my site collection, but the still show up in MetaVis. I have clicked Refresh several times but the subsites still show up in the tree.

Hi Dean,

You can right-click on the parent site, select Compare With / Latest from Sharepoint. After compare is done you will see record about deleted sub-site in the Compare View. Right click on this record and select "Delete from Diagram". By the way, in this Compare View you can see all changes that happened with the site after last diagram load (as well as all changes made in diagram).
