I downloaded the MetaVis architect and read through the license agreement.

As I understood it, this tool is available to download for free usage during the beta. However the license agreement talks about having 10 days to use it and submit any defects and after the ten days users would have to pay whatever the price is.

Is there somewhere that specifies clearly what the price is in this situation? And do we really need to submit a defect report and a signed certification of complete removal by an authorized person in order to stop testing/investigating this beta version?

Thanks for pointing this out.

This clause is a mistake. It is intended for full purchased version, which will be available within a month. We will correct the license agreement.

Please feel free to use the product in beta with no further requirements.
