Potential Issue in the Install of MetaVis Architect fro SharePoint
There was a glitch discovered in the installation of the product that in some cases can prevent MetaVis Architect from starting after installation. If by chance you had experienced this issue, please follow the instruction below to remedy the problem.
1) Uninstall MetaVis Architect
2) Clear out the temporary file cache in your browser so that a new installation file can be downloaded
a. For Internet Explorer, proceed to Tools>Internet Options. Select Delete button from General Tab and then delete Temporary Internet Files
b. For Firefox (I know no one uses Firefox but just in case ?), proceed to Tools>Options. From the Privacy Tab select Clear Now button and then clear the Cache.
3) Reinstall MetVis Architect from the Download Area (http://www.metavistech.com/downloads). Note: You will need to log into the site (or re-register) to access the download
