MetaVis Folders
MetaVis Folders is a SharePoint control that automates tagging and classification by copying folder metadata to any content stored inside. Users often complain about the tedious process of manually assigning metadata in SharePoint.
MetaVis Folders automates metadata inheritance from designated (or all) folders in a library. All you need to do is create a folder structure with metadata. Any file (or folder) placed inside these folders automatically inherits the metadata.

- Familiar User Interface
Uses the same familiar SharePoint interface and all configuration is done through Site Settings. - Granular Control
Inheritance can be enabled/disabled on library or folder level. - User Override
Users can enter their own values fields overriding the inherited values. - Nested Folders
Nested folders automatically inherit values from their parent.
