Q: Is the 32 and 64-bit MetaVis tool compatible with the 32 and 64-bit versions of Outlook?

MetaVis applications are "upwardly compatible", meaning that a 32 bit application of MetaVis can run with on a 64 bit version of Outlook. Conversely, a 64 bit application of MetaVis cannot be run in conjuction with a 32 bit version of Outlook. In this case, you must either upgrade to the 64 bit version of Outlook or switch the MetaVis Application to the 32 bit version.

Q: I am receiving the error "No Data Found" when attempting to open Outlook. How do I resolve this issue?

This message appears when you are running MetaVis as Administrator. To overcome the message, exit MetaVis and relaunch using the Windows user account that is configured within Outlook.
