MetaVis SITE CREATOR simplifies the creation and installation of customized SharePoint templates. A site manager can install a completely configured SharePoint site in minutes using professionally designed templates containing pre-configured taxonomies, fields, content types, lists and subsites.

Site Creator features a wizard driven interface that guides users through the process of selecting templates, customizing settings and finally deplaoying into SharePoint
Users may override exisitng site, list and library setting to configure templates for their specific needs. However, the core taxonomy is always retained.
Site Creator is distributed with several templates. Other templates may be downloaded or created using MetaVis Architect.
Users (with proper authorization) can deploy new sites by selectig its parent site from a graphical interface. Alternativelly, customized templates may be sent to site administrators for deployment.
All operations are done using SharePoint web services. There is no need to install services, add-ons or agents on the SharePoint server.
