MetaVis takes the complexity out of designing, deploying and managing content within SharePoint by offering reusable taxonomies, metadata management and migration software and services. MetaVis products are based on intuitive, graphical interfaces that are easy to use and easy to install. Drag and drop features allow information architects to design SharePoint metadata models and reuse them saving valuable time and resources. As a result, MetaVis products improve search optimization, consistency, content migration, and workflows across corporate SharePoint sites.
The Job: Technical Support Engineer
Candidates will assist our customers and prospects during pre and post sales to resolve technical issues. Tech Support will communicate to MetaVis customer base via online webcasts and conference calls. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background and excellent written/verbal communication skills, willingness to learn and able to work in a fun, fast-paced, high energy environment.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree (Computer Science majors are preferred but not required)
- 1 to 5 years of experience
- Excellent communications and customer service skills
- Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint (we can teach you the rest)
