Sharepoint Migrator

When using sharepoint migrator i get two errors that populate right away after trying to copy on-premise sharepoint to office365 sharepoint site. The two error are:
Error (- : Unsupported Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8 Supported ones are: [text/xml])
Error (Copy Site "http://sharepoint" - com.sun.xml.internal.ws.server.UnsupportedMediaException: Unsupported Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8 Supported ones are: [text/xml]: com.sun.xml.internal.ws.server.UnsupportedMediaException: Unsupported Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8 Supported ones are: [text/xml])
Can someone tell me why this is happening?
