Concatenation

It will be good to have an option to concatenate/combine values from different columns into a single column.

For example I am currently migrating documents from SP2003 to SP2010. The documents in the source libraries are in folders and I am getting rid of the folder structure in 2010 site. I can currently transfer the name of the different level of folders of the source library into a column in the target library. However if I had 4 folder levels of folders in the source I have to create 4 columns in the target for each folder level.

Instead of creating 4 columns I would like to have an option the concatenate the values for each folder into a single column. Eg. “[Folder Level 1] & [Folder Level 2] & [Folder Level 3] ….”. This will be use full not just for folder but also other values.
