Apply filter to migrate content

I would like to know if it is possible to migrate only items that have changed since a specified date? We want to migrate all of our documents from our SP2007 farm to our new SP2010 farm, but if the SP2010 farm does not get sign off for production, we don't want to have to migrate all of the docs again, only those that have changed since the first migration.
Is this possible with MetaVis Migrator ?
