MetaVis Technologies

MetaVis Technologies is a Microsoft Gold certified ISV that develops software to help organize SharePoint and Office 365 environments for improved search and governance. MetaVis takes the complexity out of designing, deploying, administering and managing content within SharePoint by offering migration, information architecture, change control, taxonomy, security, backup and metadata management software. The benefit is an organized SharePoint environment that is easily understood and well documented. The company believes that management tools for SharePoint and Office 365 should not be complicated to implement or use. MetaVis products are agentless and based on intuitive, graphical interfaces that are easy to use and easy to install.

Leadership

Steven Pogrebivsky Chief Executive Officer

Steve Pogrebivsky, co-founder of MetaVis, is responsible for overall management and product strategy for the company. Previously, as president of Vital Path, Steve successfully launched and built a company to leadership in the software integration space. Its flagship product PathBuilder, remain the largest, independent provider of transitional based integration software for content management systems and has won numerous awards. Prior to coming to Vital Path Steve was a co-founder of Stelex Corporation, a software and services vendor to the FDA regulated industry. Steve developed and managed many of the company’s product and service offerings from its launch in 1991 to its acquisition in 2002. Steve holds Computer Engineering and MBA in Information Systems degrees from Drexel University.

Mark Klinchin Chief Technology Officer

Mark Klinchin directs the technological vision and product development for MetaVis Technologies. Mark joined the company with 15 years of experience as a software product architect. His skill set includes the ability to analyze competition and market position, develop product vision, estimate investment returns and assess risk. As a chief product architect in Vital Path, Mark launched, designed and managed development of PathBuilder, the largest independent integration server in content management area. During his tenure with Stelex, Mark designed and managed development of several company software products. Among them are ComplianceBuilder (a 21 CFR part 11 and SOX compliance solution for file shares), databases and process control applications and VioMeeting.com (an online desktop sharing and collaboration tool). Mark holds a Master Degree in Applied Mathematics.

Peter Senescu President

Peter Senescu, co-founder of MetaVis, has extensive experience and demonstrable success in building high-growth sales organizations for technology companies. Mr. Senescu has a unique ability to take disparate technologies and services and package them together to create salable solutions. Mr. Senescu has over 17 years of sales and marketing experience including executive management positions at NitroSecurity, Sterling Commerce and NetXentry. Mr. Senescu has helped several start up companies move to the next level of growth including, most recently, RippleTech which was sold to NitroSecurity, Automated Catalogue Services which was sold to Sterling Commerce and Marketspan which was sold to LexisNexis. Mr. Senescu received a B.A. in Economics from Ursinus College.
